Kindergartners and their parents learn about family prayer and blessings. First graders focus on family devotionals and worship. Second grade children and parents explore the ESV children’s Bible presented to every FCC 2nd grader. Third graders learn about the caution given in the Bible about the use of money and where to prioritize it in life, as well as how it can be used to further God's kingdom. The outgrowth of this class is an opportunity for families to pack food together at Feed My Starving Children. Fourth graders learn what it means to be baptized and participate in communion with fellow believers. Fifth graders and parents learn together about the fundamentals of faith in living a life in service to the Lord.
The purpose of each Take It Home Event is to inspire families to want to do the faith skill at home, show them how, and equip them to continue the skill by providing resources for use at home.
Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.

Relationships rely on hospitality, not just in our homes, but in our hearts, as well. Intentional relationships do not begin with a perfect home and hearths, but with the perfect gift and hospitality Christ gave us. Darcy Prince will be presenting on this timely topic as we gear up for a season of love and hospitality--Christmas. Open Hearts & Doors will encourage your heart toward a welcoming attitude for the Christmas season. Breakfast provided, complimentary childcare for ages 0-10.

Titus 2 is a mentoring ministry. Older women host younger women in their homes monthly for a year, to nurture and mentor them in sound doctrine, encouraging them to apply the gospel to their lives. Older women are trained to use the gift of their lives as testimonies to bless younger women. Younger women are given the opportunity to be loved and encouraged by a spiritual “mother”. Titus 2 enables women to understand their unique design that displays a beautiful aspect of our creator.
If you are an older woman (age 45 and above) and have a passion to nurture and disciple younger women, we are asking that you partner with us in the Titus 2 Ministry as a co-mentor to a group of 4-6 younger women, meeting on a monthly basis from February - November 2020.
The Titus 2 Ministry Team invites women to join us for the All Mentor Dinner and Training on November 4, from 6:00 to 8:00pm at FCC. The Titus 2 Ministry strives to carry out the mission of FCC “to make more and better disciples of Jesus Christ.”
