Women in the Word studies the Bible using the inductive study method. “Inductive” means we use the Bible as the primary source of study (rather than a means of supporting our preconceived biases) to learn about God and how to live.
Women in the Word (WitW) teaches women how to use the inductive method of study in a connected community where women can: increase in competence and confidence of reading God’s word and are encouraged to grow through prayer and accountability. We also provide a couple of service opportunities to practice living out what we learn!

Titus 2 is a mentoring ministry. Older women host younger women in their homes monthly for a year, to nurture and mentor them in sound doctrine, encouraging them to apply the gospel to their lives. Older women are trained to use the gift of their lives as testimonies to bless younger women. Younger women are given the opportunity to be loved and encouraged by a spiritual “mother”. Titus 2 enables women to understand their unique design that displays a beautiful aspect of our creator.
If you are an older woman (age 45 and above) and have a passion to nurture and disciple younger women, we are asking that you partner with us in the Titus 2 Ministry as a co-mentor to a group of 4-6 younger women, meeting on a monthly basis from February - November 2020.
The Titus 2 Ministry Team invites women to join us for the All Mentor Dinner and Training on November 4, from 6:00 to 8:00pm at FCC. The Titus 2 Ministry strives to carry out the mission of FCC “to make more and better disciples of Jesus Christ.”
