ALPHA COMMUNITY NIGHT STARTS ON THURSDAY, AUG. 16

Our
mission at Faith Community Church is to
make more and better disciples of Jesus Christ. Our fall
season of discipleship opportunities begins
with Alpha Community Night this Thursday, August
16. If you have questions about life’s
purpose and meaning or what it means to be a disciple of Christ, then please check out Alpha. No question is off limits at Alpha.

  • Other adult discipleship classes are
offered on Thursday nights, too, including Biblical Counseling
training, a marriage class and a class that offers an introduction to the
    Bible.
  • The evening begins with a
complimentary meal at 5:45 pm and childcare is available to
children through age 9. Children ages 10 and older will be
invited to serve in the nurseries.

And, if you’d like to serve by
helping prepare meals or doing kitchen clean up on Thursday nights, please contact Gary Nourse, and his
contact information is in today’s worship folder.

FALL "FAITH HUDSON" MAGAZINE IS HERE

The fall edition of "Faith Hudson" magazine is now available. Pick up
a copy to learn about just about everything that’s
happening at Faith Community--how you

you can take and more! The
feature story in this edition is on how we steward our
finances and facilities, which is the fifth initiative of FCC’s
strategic plan. Copies
of the magazine are available at the usher stands and also
at the info walls in the hallways and the Info Center in the lobby.

SERVE INDIA

At
Faith Community, we want to see Christ empowering global
missional leaders. One way we live that out is by partnering with
SERVE India. Each
month we offer an opportunity to
purchase Kwik Trip gas cards in support of
SERVE India.
