AFTER BOTH SERVICES NEXT SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 5
At FCC, our mission is to make more and better disciples, and we want to follow Jesus’ example. We want to make disciples who make disciples. And, what we hear often is that people want to live out this mission. But they’re not sure if they’re qualified for discipleship or even where to start.
The good news is that if you are a follower of Jesus, you are a disciple of Christ and you are a discipler.
We’re offering a workshop after both services next Sunday, Nov.5 to help equip FCC for discipleship. The workshop is called Bringing the Gospel Home, and will focus on how to bring the gospel into some of our closest relationships: relationships in the home with our families or roommates.
Pat Stream and Emily Graham will be sharing about how they apply the gospel to minister to their kids and spouses. They will share some practical tools that have helped them at home and there will be a time for Q&A. The panel will be facilitated by Diane Bennett.
So plan to be at the workshop next Sunday in the Refuge Room. The same workshop will be offered after both services next Sunday.
AND there’s no cost for the workshop, and no need to register.

This training is open to all women. Join us for this training:

As part of the Hudson Backpack program, FCC provides food and prepares backpacks for families in need at our partnering school, Willow River Elementary and E.P. Rock Elementary. Thank you for picking up a green bag on Sunday! Please bring back filled green bags by Sunday, Nov. 5.
Just a reminder that next Saturday night is when we set our clocks back an hour as daylight saving time comes to an end. So, remember to "fall back" next weekend!
