Happy Friday, FCC! As the temperatures get warmer, it’s a good reminder that FaithWorks is just around the corner, June 22-26. Now in its 10th year, FaithWorks is a week each summer that Faith Community Church dedicates to serving our neighbors across the St. Croix Valley. About 100 workers are needed each day to help with a variety of projects, such as painting, yardwork and home maintenance, at homes, schools and city parks and buildings. Adaptations will be made this year, but we will still be loving our neighbors in a significant way together. If you have any questions, contact Pastor Larry Szyman at lszyman@fcchudson.com. Here are some ways to get involved:
Can God use me? Can God use you? Can God work through us for meaningful and significant change in this world? Yes! How do we know? God shows us in the story of one of the most famous and greatest kings in history, King David. This week, God shows us what he is like and what he can do through overlooked and seemingly insignificant people. God shows himself when David fights Goliath.
Just a reminder that through the month of June we are planning for an in-person attendance of 100 people at both of the 9:00 and 11:00am services. There’s still some room for this Sunday (June 14), so if you’d still like to RSVP for the in-person services, please RSVP at this link.
Whether you watch at home or are on campus on Sunday, we are one church with one mission: to help everyone meet, know and follow Jesus.

Our hearts break over all the pain and turmoil that has taken place recently in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Check out this blog post at fcchudson.com for ways to help impact immediate needs and also help resource churches in the neighborhoods with time and financial gifts.
Although we’re all experiencing a lot of change right now, our mission stays the same: to help everyone meet, know and follow Jesus. We have an opportunity to reach thousands through our new online services and resources. Your faithful giving helps support our shared mission. Thank you for your generosity!
