Hello, Faith Community! On Sunday, we continue on in our study of James’ letter and learn Rule #10 for living an inspired life: Always be Honest and Speak the Truth.
Just a reminder to set your clocks forward this Saturday night, Mar. 13, as Daylight Saving Time starts on Sunday, Mar. 14.
This Easter, we are inviting you to be a part of a video montage showing how God’s grace has made a difference in so many people’s lives. Here is how you can be a part: simply submit a 30-second video (give or take!) of yourself sharing a “snapshot” of God’s goodness in your life! Find more details at the bottom of our Easter page!
Come celebrate the risen Jesus with us! Filled with music, stories of transformation and an inspiring message from Pastor Tim Porter, our Easter services are designed to highlight the resurrection of Jesus and showcase the power that God’s grace can provide to change our lives. Services will be held both in person and online. We have maximum capacities per service, so RSVP for your seats today! Find more info and RSVP for your on campus seat at fcchudson.com/easter.
Join us for a communion service on Thursday, April 1, at 7pm, that will help us remember Christ’s redemptive sacrifice of love on the cross. Surrounding this theme of the cross, we will sing songs, hear a devotional message, and take communion together within a service that will last about one hour, and will be held in-person and online at fcchudson.com, YouTube and Facebook. Childcare will not be available for the communion service.
This year, VBS is scheduled for the week of July 19th. Save the date on your calendar! More details coming soon.
We've encountered a good problem: we're reaching our maximum seating capacity in the auditorium during Sunday services! I'm encouraged to see people coming back into the building to gather in community and worship our God!
Thank you, FCC, for your help in accommodating our new and returning brothers and sisters!
We will be celebrating communion together on campus and online on Sunday, Mar. 21. Communion is very important for remembering Jesus' death, resurrection, and return and also for our unity together as a church. If you will be watching online, please make plans to have grape juice with bread or crackers available to celebrate communion at home with your family.
Loving childcare givers are needed for the second service (11am) on Sundays. This is a great opportunity to have a HUGE impact on young families, their experience with God’s kindness and with FCC!
