Hi, Faith Community! Pastor Tim Porter is away from the office today. Today's newsletter brings you the latest news, events and ways to serve at FCC.
We’ll continue in the “I Know a Ghost” series with: HE SPEAKS (John 14:15-26).
Invite a friend! See you on Sunday!
Watch or listen to sermons in the “I Know a Ghost” series at fcchudson.com or the FaithBase app.
Listen to this week’s worship music playlist on Spotify. Check it out here. (You’ll need to sign up for a free Spotify account to listen, if you don’t already have one.)
The FCC print directory is on its way to Hudson! Please stop by the Info Booth, starting this Sunday, Mar. 8, to pick up your copy (one per family). Thank you for your help and patience in this process!
Part of the vision of Faith Community is to empower global missional leaders. One way we live that out is through partnership with SERVE India, which supports the expanding missionary effort in India, specifically in Andhra Pradesh, a state in South East India. You can stop by their booth in the lobby on Sunday to learn more about SERVE India. Kwik Trip cards will be also be available to purchase in support of SERVE India.
Just a reminder to set your clocks forward this Saturday night, Mar. 7, as Daylight Saving Time starts on Sunday, Mar. 8.
Galatians 2:20 (Godly living)
I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Faith Community Church is committed to a welcoming and safe environment. The Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT) launched in January, in order to address any medical emergencies that may take place on a Sunday morning (we hope to add Wednesday nights in the fall). Because we live in an area with great first responders and close medical facilities, we anticipate MERT members to lead FCC’s response until first responders arrive on site.
Would you be interested in serving on MERT? Participants should have Basic Life Support (BLS) skills or greater. MERT team members serve two to three times a quarter at one of the two services. We are currently seeking six more team members to fill out the team. If interested, please email Pastor Larry Szyman at email@example.com or stop by the MERT chair on a Sunday morning (just ask an usher to take you to the MERT chair in the sanctuary to talk with a member of MERT).
Missional Communities are a great place to have people speak truth into our lives. They are the core element of Faith Community’s discipleship, and we'd love to help you get connected with a Missional Community:
