Hello, Faith Community!
I just want to begin by celebrating some great news. Sunday morning, we had someone say yes to Jesus in the 9am service! Jesus tells us that all heaven rejoices over one person who turns to God. Let’s thank God together, and rejoice together with heaven!

This Sunday we start a new series on 1 Thessalonians called “Better Together.” A theme in this letter is the importance of becoming better. God calls us to grow more and more in love, more and more in encouragement, more and more in looking like Jesus. And, Paul shows us that we do this together—every relationship matters!
This Sunday, as we begin in 1 Thessalonians, Paul will teach us about God’s unique way of making us better. We don’t become better to get more love from God; we become better because we are so loved by God. If you know someone curious about Jesus and Christianity, this is a great sermon to invite them to experience with you. But it’s not just for the curious. This sermon is for all of us, because God’s way of making us better is so unique that it’s easy to miss.
Communion is very important for remembering Jesus' death, resurrection, and return and also for our unity together as a church.
We’ll see you in person or online this Sunday! Invite a friend to join you!
As part of the rollout for regathering on Sunday mornings, FaithKids LifeShaping for grades K-5 will start again this Sunday, Oct. 11. They’ll kickoff the fall focusing on Bible stories from the book of Genesis about creation, the fall, Noah's ark, and the Tower of Babel—just to name a few—as they learn how awesome, holy, and dependable our God is!
Whether you watch at home or are on campus on Sundays, you matter to us and you matter to God, and we are one church with one mission: to help everyone meet, know and follow Jesus.
1 Peter 3:18 (Gospel)
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit…
