Happy Wednesday, FCC! My favorite time of the year has begun, and I get to start it off every year with a celebration. Today is my wife’s birthday! Seth (our youngest son, who desires to be a world-famous chef one day) and I have baked a chocolate cake (from scratch), and we can’t wait to share it with her. I hope despite the cooler than normal temps, your week is joyful and filled with hope. Remember what we learned from God helping Abraham in his fear—for every fear that keeps us from following God, there is a promise!
One fear we all wrestle with in following God is the fear of inadequacy. The greatest leaders in the Bible wrestled with this as well. This Sunday we will learn from one of the greatest leaders in history how God helps to overcome our fears of inadequacy.
SERMON RESOURCES
Whether you watch at home or are on campus on Sundays, you matter to us and you matter to God, and we are one church with one mission: to help everyone meet, know and follow Jesus.
We will celebrate communion together in person and online on Sunday, Sept. 20. Communion is very important for remembering Jesus death, resurrection, and return and also for our unity together as a church.
FCC ministries are preparing for the fall launch of weekly activities. Find more information on each ministry, including dates, times and online registrations, at fcchudson.com or the FaithBase app. Registrations include the following:
