STUDENT MENTORS (Middle School)

STUDENT MENTORS are a vital part of our student’s discipleship journey. As a student mentor, you are an essential partner with parents in helping students grow in their maturity in Christ. Mentors spend time developing gospel-centered relationships with students as you study the Bible, pray, hang out on Wednesday nights, and do fun events
together.

Commitment needed:

  • Wednesday Nights, weekly during the school year.
  •  Lead 1 small group event per semester outside of Wednesday nights, total 2 per year.
  •  Help lead and support 1 large group event per semester, total 2 per year. (Service projects, retreats, conferences, etc.)
  •  Attend team huddle before Refuge gathering each week (15 minutes prior to start time).
  • Attend 3 leader meetings per year (Saturday Mornings).

Complete Volunteer Application, Phone Interview with Director,
Background Check, Child Protection Training (1 Hr. online video and quiz).
