Lead at FCC is a one-day conference for current and future ministry leaders at Faith Community Church. If you lead a group or team, serve in a ministry area, or are interested in leading, this day is for you. 

Together, we will spend the day in worship, training, and ministry-specific equipping. You will learn about the heart and habits of discipleship and leadership, share lunch with other leaders, and receive practical direction for serving faithfully in your ministry area.
